1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, online courses, downloadable content), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

2. Coaching Services
All coaching services are non-refundable once the session has taken place. However, you may request a refund or reschedule if:
- You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- There is an issue caused by us that prevents the session from taking place.
3. Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription plan:
- You may cancel at any time to avoid future billing.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once access has been granted.

- Reason for the refund request

5. Chargebacks
